REDgroup administration: 16 Borders stores to close in Australia

REDgroup administrators Ferrier Hodgson has announced that it will close 16 Borders stores in Australia. The closures will affect 510 staff (310 full-time and part-time; 200 casual) and leave just nine Borders stores in Australia. The closures are expected to take place over the next eight weeks.
