The Australian Society of Authors has an exciting opportunity for an organised, enthusiastic, and customer-centric person to join our team as a membership officer. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the ASA to recruit and retain members by delivering exceptional service and member experiences. You will be the first point of contact for our members and will provide support on every stage of the membership lifecycle.
