Kill Your Darlings seeks an experienced and energetic head of digital strategy to grow our online magazine readership, membership base, enews subscriber numbers and participation in other literary programs and editorial services.

Reporting to and working closely with the publishing director, this role will suit an innovative team player keen to make their mark in an ambitious and growing arts organisation.

Key areas of responsibility include:

• Enhancing audience engagement with KYD magazine
• Improving social media strategy and engagement and optimising audience conversion to sales
• Growing participation in KYD’s additional editorial programs.
