Thames & Hudson Australia to move from ADS to UBD February 2025

Thames & Hudson would like to inform our customers that, with the change of distribution to PRHD (UBD) from 1 February 2025, ADS will continue to service T&H through to the end of January 2025 and will accept valid authorisation requests until 28 February 2025. Returns requests should be sent to ADS no later than 27 February COB.

All stock with valid RAs must be physically returned to ADS by 31 March 2025; otherwise they will be rejected. In accordance with ADS policy, any rejected returns will be pulped unless the retailer accepts the costs of returning the stock within two days of being notified of a rejected return.

PRHD will accept returns for stock (within agreed sale-or-return parameters—3 to 12 months from invoice date) invoiced by ADS from 1 March 2025.
