Good year for Walker as website and multimedia arm launched

Walker Books has reported strong results for 2006, with turnover up 11% to £53 million (A$116 million) and pre-tax profits up ‘slightly' on last year to £2.9 million (A$6.3 million). Walker Books Australia's turnover was up three percent to $9.9 million. Walker's US company Candelwick saw 12% growth in turnover.Walker...
