Publisher and journalist Lyle Stuart died on Saturday, aged 83. Stuart was the head of his eponymous publishing house and, after it was sold, the founder of Barricade Books. He was famous for publishing controversial titles like The Anarchist Cookbook (William F Powell, Barricade Books) and Naked Came the Stranger...
