‘Quiet but productive’ at ABA conference

The three-day ABA conference, held in Manly, Sydney, from Sunday 21 June to Tuesday 23 June, was noticeably quieter than last year, though general feedback from those in attendance found sessions--which ranged from digital content and print-on-demand, to social online networking, to trends in children's books, to using KPIs--were valuable....
