Rafferty promoted at Pan Macmillan

Emma Rafferty has been promoted from senior editor to the position of managing editor at Pan Macmillan. Rafferty will begin in the role on 9 July and replaces Catherine Day who has resigned from Pan Macmillan to take up a position outside of the book publishing industry.
