Nielsen to acquire commerce, business intelligence services from R R Bowker

Nielsen has signed an agreement to acquire a range of commerce and business intelligence services from R R Bowker, parent company of Books+Publishing owner Thorpe-Bowker. The two companies said in a joint statement this week that the acquisition will include Bowker’s commerce products PubEasy in the UK and PubNet in the US....
