Peter Porter Poetry shortlist announced

The shortlist for the Australian Book Review (ABR) Peter Porter Poetry Prize has been announced.
The shortlisted poems are:
- ‘As Wasps Fly Upward’ (Judith Beveridge)
- ‘Vantage’ (Eileen Chong)
- ‘Janus’ (Toby Fitch)
- ‘Floribunda’ (John Kinsella)
- ‘When/Was’ (Kate Middleton)
- ‘Pitch and Yaw’ (Alex Skovron).
The winner of the $5000 prize will be announced in Melbourne on 12 May. Each of the shortlisted poems will be printed in the May issue of ABR. For more information about the prize, visit the ABR website here.
