Australian author Jane Rawson has launched a readathon for June and July to raise money for the Indigenous Literacy Foundation (ILF). Rawson has set up a website justread.com.au and is encouraging people to join up and to sponsor participants. ‘I’m lousy at physical activity, growing moustaches and sobriety so I wanted to offer another way for people to raise money for a good cause,’ said Rawson. Rawson is the author of the Most Underrated Book Award (MUBA)-winning novel A Wrong Turn at The Office of Unmade Lists (Transit Lounge). For more information about the readathon, visit the website here.
