Kembrey wins NSW Rep of the Year for 2015

Jane Kembrey from NewSouth Books has won the Australian Booksellers Association (ABA) NSW Rep of the Year Award, presented at the ABA NSW Booksellers Party in Glebe on 17 November.

Stephanie Hoy from Penguin Random House was named runner-up. Also on the shortlist were:

  • Dianne Dipietro, Penguin Random House
  • Kay Drury, Allen & Unwin
  • Mark Hannam, Allen & Unwin
  • Geoff Matthews, Penguin Random House
  • Simon Rannard, Penguin Random House.

 

The shortlist for the Victorian Rep of the Year Award will be announced this week ahead of the ABA Victorian Booksellers Party in Richmond on Tuesday 24 November.

Last year, Simon Rannard from Penguin was named City Rep of the Year and Kay Drury from Allen & Unwin won Regional Rep of the Year for NSW.
