British broadcaster Michael Mosley’s latest book The 8-Week Blood Sugar Diet (S&S) has topped this week’s top 10 and fastest movers charts. The Australian and New Zealand edition of the latest book from the author of The 5:2 Fast Diet aims to help people prevent and reverse type 2 diabetes. Two titles new to the top 10 this week have climbed into the chart, with Gail O’Brien’s memoir This is Gail (with Juliette O’Brien, HarperCollins) sitting in ninth spot and Joy Dettman’s latest stand-alone novel The Silent Inheritance (Macmillan) in tenth. The top four fastest movers are also this week’s top four overall bestsellers, with only the fifth fastest mover, Harry Potter: Magical Creatures Colouring Book (Hardie Grant), not represented in the top 10. The highest new entry this week is Philippa Gregory’s new Tudor-set historical novel The Taming of the Queen (S&S), followed by Truth or Die (James Patterson, Arrow) and the Easter-themed picture book Grug and His First Easter (Ted Prior, S&S)—Books+Publishing (source: Nielsen BookScan, week ending 5 March 2016).
