Spinifex to host 25th-anniversary celebration

Melbourne-based feminist publisher Spinifex Press will host a two-day event this week to celebrate its 25th anniversary.
‘That’s Radical Feminism’ runs from 9-10 September at the Lithuanian Club in North Melbourne. The program features a line-up of over 30 speakers, including panels on ‘The Radical in Radical Feminism’, ‘The Scourge of Sexual Violence’ and ‘Writing from the Edge: Fiction, Poetry, YA Fiction, Theatre’.
The event also includes an evening of performance, dance, music and drinks on Friday night.
