Scribe acquires world English-language rights to French president’s memoir

Scribe has acquired world English-language rights to recently elected French president Emmanuel Macron’s memoir Revolution.

The memoir has become a bestseller in France following its publication in November.

Scribe publisher Henry Rosenbloom said he’s ‘thrilled to have acquired this book’. ‘I see it as a French Audacity of Hope—a very well-written, compelling memoir and statement of values by an important political leader who has rapidly become the flag-bearer for a new kind of politics,’ said Rosenbloom.

Scribe will commission the English-language translation, and plans to publish the book ‘as soon as possible’.
