ACT Book of the Year 2017 shortlist announced

The shortlist for the 2017 ACT Book of the Year Award has been announced.

The shortlisted titles are:

• Fighting Fit (Laura Dawes, Orion)
• Maps of Small Countries (Russell Erwin, Ginninderra Press)
• The Art of Time Travel (Tom Griffiths, Black Inc.)
• The Fail Safe (Jack Heath, A&U)
• Position Doubtful (Kim Mahood, Scribe)
• Generation Less (Jennifer Rayner, Black Inc.)

The winner, who will receive $10,000, will be announced in December.

The ACT Book of the Year Award recognises literary works across fiction, nonfiction and poetry by ACT authors. For more information, click here.
