‘Griffith Review’ 2018 Novella Project winners announced

The winners of the Griffith Review’s Novella Project competition have been announced.
The winning authors and their works are:
- ‘All the things I should have given’ by Miriam Sved
- ‘Distance’ by Erin Gough
- ‘Shanghai Wedding’ by Daniel Young
- ‘Poster Boy’ by Holden Sheppard
- ‘Fantasias for Flute’ by Lucy Neave.
The five authors share the $25,000 prize, which has support from the Copyright Agency Limited’s Cultural Fund.
The winners were chosen by journalist, screenwriter and author Benjamin Law, author Melissa Lucashenko, academic and author Dennis Altman, and UQP commissioning editor Aviva Tuffield.
The novellas will be published in Griffith Review 62:All Being Equal – The Novella Project VI in September.
