Melbourne writers, literary orgs receive council arts grants

Several writers and literary organisations have received a share of more than $800,000 in funding from the City of Melbourne as part of its annual arts grants program.
Recipients and their projects include:
- Cordite, for its annual ‘un-themed’ issue and two print books
- Henri Korn, for ‘Tomorrow will you still be here?’
- Issey Fujishima, for ‘The Reign of God’
- Jo Watson, for ‘Larry Leadbeater’
- Laura Elizabeth Woollett, for the Boyd Garret arts residency
- Leah Jing McIntosh, for Liminal magazine
- Patricia Ockwell, for ‘Aunty Pat Ockwell Tells Her Story’
- Scope, for its Telescope creative writing prize.
