ADS trading hours leading to Christmas

Alliance Distribution Services wish to advise the following changes to assist customers in maximising opportunities in the peak period leading up to Christmas 2019.

1. ADS will extend the customer service department hours to open from 7.30am to 5.30pm AEST weekdays from Monday 2 December until Friday 20 December. Further extensions of service may be added should activity demand.
2. ADS has already commenced an additional picking shift to ensure orders are despatched to maintain our usual high average daily turnaround throughout this busy period.
3. ADS and our publishers have identified a ‘hot list’ of titles which will be shipped from ADS within 24 hours if orders are received in full carton quantities form 18 November to 23 December. Your publisher sales representatives will provide details of included titles included in this promotion.
4. ADS publishers include Hachette, Pan Macmillan, Thames & Hudson, NewSouth Books, Affirm Publishing and Phaidon Publishing.

The ADS Customer Service and Warehouse Operations will be open on all days throughout the Christmas and New Year period other than public holidays.
