Five ANZ publishers nominated for Bologna Prize
Australian publishers Affirm Press, Hardie Grant Egmont and Windy Hollow Books, and New Zealand’s Huia Publishers and Oratia Media, have been shortlisted for the 2020 Bologna Prize for Best Children’s Publisher of the Year in the Oceania category.
Awards are presented to publishers in six geographic regions, recognising originality, professional skill and the intellectual quality of the work produced.
In light of the cancellation of this year’s Bologna Children’s Book Fair, which was scheduled to run 4–7 May, fair exhibitors are invited to vote for the winner of this year’s prize via an online poll.
Scribble was the recipient of last year’s Bologna Prize in the Oceania category.
