Bologna releases schedule for virtual book fair

Organisers of the Bologna Children’s Book Fair (BCBF) have released the schedule for the virtual book fair, which will take place across BCBF’s digital channels from 4–7 May.

Among the events to be conducted online are the Bologna Licensing Trade Fair Webinar, a video conference about the Chinese children’s market, and the Dust Or Magic Masterclass on making digital media for children. The Bologna Ragazzi Awards will also be announced online, as well as the awards for Best Children’s Publisher of the Year.

As previously reported by Books+Publishing, access to the Bologna Children’s Book Fair Global Rights Exchange will be free for publishers and literary agent exhibitors registered for the 2020 fair.
