Garcia joins Kill Your Darlings

Suzy Garcia will join Kill Your Darlings (KYD) in the newly created role of deputy editor, in which she will work on projects including the book reviews column and KYD‘s New Australian Fiction anthology. Garcia, who was previously assistant editor at Djed Press and was shortlisted for the 2020 ABA Young Bookseller of the Year for her work at Mary Martin Bookshops, begins her new role, based out of KYD‘s Melbourne office, in January 2021.
