We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated person with an interest in books and data for the role of national account coordinator.

This role is primarily responsible for administrative support for a range of national accounts across the retail landscape for booksellers and retailers with a national presence. As well as responsibility for B2B information dissemination with exposure to many other parts of the business.

Who we’re looking for:

This role is for someone who has an interest in books reading publishing data and how books are sold. Someone who is keen to learn is a quick study and approaches work with a can-do mindset. We’ll teach you the rest.

Favoured skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail with a customer service focus
• An interest in data with a fondness for Excel
• A sound understanding of Microsoft Office
• The ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Be able to work well in a collaborative team environment.
