As an Inside Sales Representative you will provide inbound and outbound sales support, following up on promotional campaigns, dealing with queries, qualifying leads and signposting opportunities to the appropriate services and support. You will work alongside sales management and marketing to identify potential new customers and opportunities, manage the client contact process and liaise with sales associates and other departments to assist in generating and closing sales. We are looking for someone who is knowledgeable of CRM systems and has a strong sales acumen, 2 years sales or industry experience or equivalent.
