Based on Yawuru Country in Rubibi (Broome), Magabala Books is Australia’s leading Indigenous publisher.

The CEO is responsible for driving the vision, purpose and operational requirements and is pivotal in ensuring creative and cultural safety within the organisation and with our key stakeholders. Magabala Books is community-controlled and led by an Aboriginal Board of Directors.
