Hachette Australia is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, organised, and motivated person for the role of Marketing Coordinator based in Sydney. Under the direction and guidance of the Group Marketing Manager, this is an entry-level position with the opportunity to expand and grow the role and a brilliant way to begin a career in marketing.

The responsibilities of this role include:

• administrative support for the Hachette marketing team
• social media and eDM support as required.
• management of marketing invoices
• support our relationships with our marketing partners such as Are Media
• title campaign support including sourcing digital assets, influencer research and outreach, competition support and occasional copyrighting.
• awards communication and social management.

To be considered for the position you will ideally have at least one years’ experience in a marketing role or in bookselling/publishing. Excellent written and communication skills, a passion for publishing and a love of books are essential.
