We are currently seeking a dedicated, highly motivated Campaign Manager with digital marketing prowess to join our dynamic team. You’ll have a passion for storytelling and children’s book publishing, exceptional interpersonal skills, a commitment to a job well done, and a creative streak to ensure our stories and storytellers are championed every step of the way.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will develop and implement strategic cross-channel marketing campaigns for key titles and brands, with the aim of maximising sales, engaging booksellers, growing local and international audiences, and increasing overall awareness of HGCP.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement creative and engaging marketing campaigns that include consumer, retailer and educational activity as appropriate to each campaign
  • Champion and execute division-wide digital and social marketing strategy and activity for campaigns to target and grow audiences for our broad range of publishing
  • Manage and work collaboratively with the campaign executive to develop imprint, brand/series and contributor strategies, direct-to-consumer offerings, education strategy and consumer facing brand development and deliver best in class author care.
  • Manage and communicate analytics of campaign performance and ROI, develop and share consumer insights with wider publishing team to assist with title and channel development
