Booked Out Speakers Agency is looking for a Booking Coordinator to handle speaker bookings 4 days per week.

This will be a casual position until mid-December 2023 when we close for the summer break, and likely to continue as a permanent part time role from mid-January 2024.

The Booking Coordinator will be responsible for arranging public speaking engagements at schools and libraries for a diverse range of speakers, including children’s and YA authors, illustrators, motivational speakers and specialist educators.

The position is based in our Fitzroy office, starting ASAP.
