Melbourne Writers Festival seeks an interim CEO to lead the organisation and its small dynamic team. The organisation is known for its flagship annual festival and Schools program.

The CEO will be responsible for:

• driving the organisation’s strategy
• business planning, governance and human resources
• all aspects of financial management, importantly including securing box office revenues and other funding streams to ensure the ongoing viability of the festival
• managing stakeholders and partnerships
• overseeing operations and festival delivery.
