Dymocks has an exciting opportunity for a Non-fiction Book Specialist to join our National Buying team. This is a temporary maternity cover (12 months) based in our head office in Sydney’s CBD.

As a Category Manager you will be a passionate, knowledgeable, and commercially minded individual. Reporting directly to the Buying Manager you will use your proven insights of these areas to maximise sales, market share and profitability.

A successful applicant will have previous experience managing categories at a national level, experience in the book industry, real passion for book markets and drive to achieve financial targets whilst meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
