Writing NSW is looking for a creative and highly organised Program Manager who will be responsible for our exciting program of face-to-face and online courses, workshops and events.

Writing NSW is the state’s leading provider of services to writers, including courses, seminars and workshops, writing groups, festivals and events, grants, prizes, and information resources. Based in beautiful Callan Park in Sydney’s Inner West, we are a not-for-profit organisation run by a small but passionate team.
What We Offer
- Flexible, part-time hours (0.6–0.8FTE)
- Up to one week’s additional paid leave during the end-of-year shutdown

About You
Reporting to the CEO, you will lead the program team, including two direct reports, and manage the strategy, marketing and implementation of our wide-ranging program.
You will have a vibrant network of contacts within the literature sector, as well as experience in successfully managing events in the arts and/or adult education environment. You will be professional, energetic, flexible, and a proven leader. Responsive to customer feedback, and with the demonstrated ability to deliver results on time and on budget, you will have rigorous attention to detail. You will have the ability to manage relationships across all parts of the literature community and represent the organisation.
