Key dates for change of distribution for Hardie Grant Publishing (HGP)

The Distribution and Logistics Company (TDLC) will take over ANZ distribution for Hardie Grant Publishing (HGP) from HEDS as of 1 July 2024.
We thank HEDS for their representation and support of the Hardie Grant list over the years.
Key Information:
- Please ensure you have completed a credit application with TDLC ASAP; link here.
- HEDS will cease processing orders at noon on 26 June.
- EDI ordering will need to be switched over on 27 June to the TDLC SAN 908-3995. Please liaise with your POS provider.
- Non-EDI backorders will be transferred from HEDS to TDLC as of 27 June.
- TDLC will begin to distribute for Hardie Grant from 1 July.
- August new releases will be supplied by TDLC.
- HEDS will accept returns until 31 August (note that RAs need to be issued no later than 31 July).
- TDLC will accept returns of stock invoiced by HEDS after 1 September (within agreed SOR parameters).
