Senior publicist, Sydney

HarperCollins Australia is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic professional to join the HarperCollins Adult Books marcomms division in the role of Senior Publicist. This is a full-time position, based at our head office in Sydney’s CBD.

The purpose of the role is to work closely with the Publicity Manager and Head of Marketing and Communications to develop strategic, creative and innovative publicity campaigns for fiction and nonfiction titles across the local and international lists of the HarperCollins Adult Books division.

To be effective in this role, you will have experience working on fully integrated and dynamic publicity campaigns, as well as experience organising and managing author tours and events, and excellent interpersonal skills, and be positive and self-motivated, with a keen interest in books.
