HarperCollins Publishers has an exciting opportunity for an organised and enthusiastic individual to join the HarperCollins Children’s Books (HCCB) division in the role of editor/senior editor. The role will be based at the head office in Sydney’s CBD, where a hybrid working arrangement is offered.

The purpose of this role is to edit and project-manage a range of children’s titles, including picture books, children’s fiction and YA.

To be effective in this role, you will have exemplary editorial skills, have excellent interpersonal skills, and be positive and self-motivated, with a key interest in children’s books.
