Thames & Hudson February new release procedures for PRHD (UBD) move

Thames & Hudson would like to inform our customers about the procedure for placing February new release orders, given the change of distribution to PRHD (UBD) from 1 February 2025.

February new release orders will be supplied by PRHD.

All new release orders and backorders (both EDI and non-EDI) placed with ADS will be transferred to PRHD. ADS orders must be received by COB Tuesday 28 January 2025.

From 7am on 31 January, all new release orders and backorders (both EDI and non-EDI) can be placed with PRHD, and retailers can switch over EDI ordering from ADS to PRHD. Please liaise with your EDI provider.

The PRHD SAN is 9000011.

Returns
Additionally, we would like to remind our customers that ADS will accept valid return authorisation requests until 28 February 2025. Valid requests must be received no later than COB 27 February.

All stock with valid RAs must be physically returned to ADS by 31 March 2025; otherwise, they will be rejected. In accordance with ADS policy, any rejected returns will be pulped unless the retailer accepts the costs of returning the stock within two days of being notified of a rejected return.

PRHD will accept returns for stock (within agreed sale-or-return parameters—3 to 12 months from invoice date) invoiced by ADS from 1 March 2025.
