We’re looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and driven Key Account Manager to join our vibrant, collaborative, and high-energy team! In this role, you’ll manage sales across a diverse range of accounts, including trade, online, library, airport, and specialist accounts.

Elements of this varied role include:
- Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key customers, maximising sales and revenue from those accounts, and acting as a primary point of contact for their needs
- Managing the sales process from presentation of sales materials to processing and tracking of orders
- Identifying market and promotional opportunities within each account
- Driving sales in specialist and non-traditional channels, from gaming to education and more
- Providing input and feedback on market opportunities, marketing proposals, promotional plans, consumer and sales trends.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- A proven ability to think and work analytically
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- The ability to travel for in-person sales meetings
- A passion for books and publishing
- A strong work ethic and a results-oriented mindset
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience creating sales reports and/or using Bookmaster as well as an understanding of book warehousing and logistics will be highly regarded.
