Information about newsletters for IT staff


Books+Publishing uses Mailchimp to send newsletters. When Books+Publishing sends out newsletters, a corporate email system may block the newsletters and flag them as spam.

Check your spam folder

Before sending this page to your IT manager, please search for our sending addresses in your email application.

Sending addresses:

  • noreply@crmaus.com.au (invoices/receipts)

Check these email folders:

  • Spam
  • Junk
  • Clutter
  • Other.

Mailchimp uses an unusual address in the ‘Sender’ field:
