Information about newsletters for IT staff
Books+Publishing uses Mailchimp to send newsletters. When Books+Publishing sends out newsletters, a corporate email system may block the newsletters and flag them as spam.
Check your spam folder
Before sending this page to your IT manager, please search for our sending addresses in your email application.
Sending addresses:

- website@booksandpublishing.com.au (website)
- noreply@crmaus.com.au (invoices/receipts)
Check these email folders:
- Spam
- Junk
- Clutter
- Other.
IT administration options
There are various options for an IT manager to unblock the delivery of the newsletters.
- Whitelist IP addresses coming from Mailchimp
- Whitelist the email’s ‘From’ fields from the list of Mailchimp domain names

Mailchimp uses an unusual address in the ‘Sender’ field:
